Appointments

We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance, to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Bookings that are made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.

All appointments must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment(s), please call or message us at (852) 9694 4389

Arrival

For the optimal spa experience, we recommend that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you may allow yourself ample time to relax before your treatment commences.

Late Arrivals

Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments possible by providing a minimum of 24-hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling . Because your services are guaranteed, full payment is required for:

• Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment

• No-show or missed appointments

• Late arrivals

CORPORATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the offer, staff should present staff card of the authorized corporate or Levo SPA membership card.

  • Offer is subject to availability and circumstances. Each eligible client will be entitled to receive one time of corporate package.

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

  • Levo’s SPA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Levo’s SPA reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

  • The Terms & Conditions of the Levo’s SPA are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Use of the Levo’s SPA Gift Card (“GC”) is subject to the following the Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • The GC is redeemable by the GC holder as full or part payment for regular price treatments only in Levo’s SPA shop.

  • The user must RECORD the GC SERIAL NUMBER AND KEEP IT IN A SECRET AND SECURE PLACE.

  • The user must maintain secure possession of the GC and keep the PIN secret at all times. Levo’s SPA is not responsible or liable for any losses the user may incur if the GC is used without their permission.

  • The user can check the balance of the GC by enquiry through cs@levospa.com

  • Levo’s SPA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
